Regarding the registration of persons with disabilities in the Surokkha system
Details

1. According to a survey conducted under the Disability Identification Program of the Ministry of Social Welfare, at present the number of disabled people in Bangladesh is more than 1.7 million. In order to bring persons with disabilities under the Covid-19 vaccination program on a priority basis, the list of persons with disabilities has already been whitelisted in the disability protection system sent by the Department of Social Services.

 

2. Citizens with Disabilities who have NID will enter the Surokkha system by entering the address www.surokkha.gov.bd/enroll (Registration Option) and selecting the category (type) 'Disabled Person' with the information of NID, date of birth, and mobile number.

 

3. Citizens with disabilities who do not have NID but have a birth certificate will register in the Surokkhasystem by entering the birth registration number, date of birth, and mobile number by entering the options address www.surokkha.gov.bd/birth-reg-enroll (registration, birth certificate).

 

4. Once the registration is done, people with disabilities will print the vaccine card and wait for the vaccination message to come from their respective centers.
